NOC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Actively engage and collaborate as part of the NOC team.

• Address and resolve alerts as they arise during your designated shift.

• Uphold KPIs related to response times and system availability.

• Document clear and concise notes on the tickets you handle.

• Identify and escalate any issues encountered with the alerting systems.

• Ensure all automated alerts and associated cases are managed in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

• Possess the ability to troubleshoot and report on environmental issues pertaining to ISP, networks, servers, and hypervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Information Technology sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with users in various roles to deliver high-quality support and resolution.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

• Capacity to communicate and collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information.

• Professional customer-facing demeanor and communication skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a composed and professional attitude.

• Capability to work autonomously while achieving key performance metrics.
