This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for business users and client environments.
• Oversee customer infrastructure, cloud systems, servers, and endpoints.
• Manage and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, and user access problems.
• Assist with Windows desktop, Windows Server, and basic Mac OS support.
• Utilize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, remote desktop tools, and common network troubleshooting techniques.
• Support security and endpoint protection tools such as Microsoft Defender, Bitdefender, Sophos, or comparable solutions.
• Engage with RMM, PSA, ticketing, time tracking, and documentation platforms like ConnectWise and ITglue.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and software support teams for in-depth troubleshooting when necessary.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and client environment notes.
• Extensive experience in MSP, NOC, remote IT support, or outsourced infrastructure support.
• Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Proven experience with Windows Server and Windows desktop support.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
• Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, ScreenConnect, or similar applications.
• Proficient in ticketing and documentation practices.
• Strong written and verbal English skills for effective customer communication.
• Capability to support multiple clients or environments simultaneously while maintaining organization.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, gather relevant details, analyze logs, and clearly communicate next steps.
• English - Upper Intermediate, French - Upper Intermediate.
