This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for incident response in alignment with the company’s standard operating procedures.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and remediation activities in support of Managed Services Solutions.
• Report directly to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager.
• Capable of supporting complex technical solutions with minimal oversight.
• Adhere to instructions and document procedures to resolve issues while following best practices.
• Address support issues using a combination of skills, experience, vendor assistance, and internal consultations.
• Maintain a broad understanding of our products and solutions.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in the products and software that we support.
• Work a 4on4off shift schedule, rotating through days, swing, and night shifts over a 4-week period.
• 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in Managed Services.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and effective time management.
• Technical degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.
• Experience working within IT for the Legal Industry.
