• Monitor networks and systems
• Work collaboratively with other support teams (L2/L3) and engineering to address critical incidents
• Conduct initial diagnostics on network or system issues following procedural guides
• Resolve low-complexity incidents (L1), including service restarts and basic connectivity assessments
• Escalate more complex incidents to higher-level analysts (L2/L3)
• Record, update, and track incident tickets and service requests.
• Capability to analyze issues and resolve critical incidents
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix / Grafana)
• Basic knowledge of vCloud environments
• Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology or a related area.
