This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
• Ensure that escalation procedures are followed both internally and externally
• Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality)
• Manage customer expectations to ensure optimal delivery outcomes
• Facilitate Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level
• Ensure the project team's adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification
• Prior experience managing NIS - non-interventional studies
• Over 8 years of experience in project management
• Proficient technical skills, including computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
• Strong oral and written communication as well as presentation abilities
• Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable to shifting priorities and situations
• Solid understanding of the fundamental principles of project management (time, quality, cost)
• Capability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others
