Nighttime Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Assess expenses and create project budgets along with client estimates

• Oversee all project stages and set realistic deadlines

• Utilize Plunet for time management and guide projects through their entire lifecycle

• Comply with relevant policies and procedures

• Address client inquiries through chats, phone calls, and emails

• Update group chats on activities and collaborate with colleagues regarding tasks

• Negotiate timelines and fees with freelancers

• Build and sustain relationships with freelancers worldwide

• Track and manage project progress

• Oversee project finances and budgeting

• Conduct quality checks, proofreading, and final evaluations

• Assist freelancers with their inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, business administration, and customer service

• Understanding of localization processes

• Familiarity with CAT tools such as Smartcat and MemoQ

• Experience with translation management systems like Trados

• A university degree in Business Administration, Translations, or a related field is preferred

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English (native or C1 level)

• Fluency in a foreign language

• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

• Outstanding cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills

• Professional demeanor and courtesy

• Willingness to work the night shift in the USA time zone

• Full professional dedication during scheduled hours; job stacking and conflicting employment are not allowed

• Completion of Emotional Intelligence and Wonderlic assessments is required
