• Craft, edit, and disseminate captivating newsletters that include product updates, creator narratives, and industry insights.

• Identify pertinent topics and transform complex information into engaging and understandable content.

• Develop eye-catching subject lines, compelling copy, and effective calls to action.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to gather valuable insights and brainstorm content ideas.

• Uphold a consistent brand voice and maintain high editorial standards across all communications.

• Track newsletter performance and continuously enhance content based on audience engagement metrics.

• Explore various content formats, messaging styles, and storytelling techniques to achieve improved results.

• Demonstrated experience in newsletter editing, copywriting, content marketing, or a related field.

• Outstanding English writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

• Strong grasp of email content best practices and strategies for audience engagement.

• Ability to distill complex technical topics into engaging content suitable for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic content analytics.

• Innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a robust sense of ownership.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic startup environment.

• B2B only — must operate as an independent contractor with your own legal entity.

• Proficiency in both English and Russian is required.
