Health Informatics Course Editor – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess and modify the current course framework and materials for college-level Health Informatics.

• Analyze and implement suggested enhancements to the existing course structure.

• Review the learning outcomes and competencies of the course to ensure they are accurate and in line with contemporary health informatics standards.

• Revise skill-focused sections of the course and organize subjects such as electronic health records, health data management, and healthcare IT systems.

• Evaluate and enhance assignment prompts and grading rubrics.

• Review the quality and precision of existing multiple-choice questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health IT, Biomedical Informatics, or a closely related discipline.

• Experience in teaching courses within a college or university environment.

• Proven experience in developing, updating, or revising courses at the college or university level.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data systems, electronic health records (EHR), and health information technology.

• Excellent time management skills to adhere to deadlines (preferred).

• Openness to feedback and a willingness to make revisions to submitted work as necessary (preferred).

• Capability to work collaboratively with curriculum designers to produce high-quality course materials (preferred).
