New Products Strategy Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the cross-border strategy for the product team in Brazil and Mexico.

• Spearhead new product launches by leading critical, cross-functional initiatives from conception to implementation.

• Measure and articulate the impact of new initiatives on market share effectively.

• Drive organizational changes to enhance "speed to market."

• Provide high-level mentorship to senior individual contributors and managers within the wider product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in startups.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling fintech products in Brazil or Mexico, preferably in both markets.

• Experience in team management.

• Proficient in AI-native operations.

• Knowledgeable about the differences between Brazil and Mexico.

• Ability to interpret regulations as a competitive advantage, including PIX, SPEI, CoDi, Open Finance Brazil, and Open Banking Mexico.

• Capable of designing processes rather than merely following them.

• Expertise in stakeholder management, including advising C-suite executives.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions on customer pricing, board updates, and product trade-offs.
