This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct structured one-on-one Discovery sessions to identify revenue objectives, patterns of failure, and obstacles to growth.
• Assess and recommend whether an HTM program is a suitable solution. If affirmative, assist them in the enrollment process; if negative, disengage with respect.
• Oversee the Pipeline by ensuring disciplined use of the CRM and maintaining thoughtful, consistent follow-up with long-cycle prospects.
• Propel Outcomes by enrolling qualified owners into our 5-Week Virtual Bootcamp and our Membership Waiting List.
• Collaborate and occasionally travel to attend live events and national conferences with the team.
• Over 10 years of experience in high-ticket sales, executive recruitment, or business consultancy.
• Strong Emotional Intelligence, capable of asking insightful, necessary questions and reading between the lines.
• Ownership Mindset, believing that growth necessitates accountability and decisive actions.
• Mastery in Communication, with the ability to listen intently and steer conversations toward clear outcomes.
