New Homes Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales and lettings operations within designated new-build developments

• Ensure effective marketing of homes to minimize vacancy periods

• Promote sustainable tenancies while achieving strong sales results

• Facilitate the progression of sales through to completion, coordinating with solicitors, IFAs, and other involved parties

• Deliver a professional, supportive, and seamless experience for customers

• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their journey

• Assist customers after move-in as per aftercare policies

• Participate in site visits, inspections, customer move-ins, and development meetings

• Collaborate with Development Managers and delivery partners

• Ensure readiness for property handover and possess thorough knowledge of the schemes

• Conduct audits of rent accounts and verify contractual documents

• Create and implement local lettings strategies, adhering to S106 requirements when applicable

• Serve as a primary contact for external partners involved in sales and lettings

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in housing, lettings, sales, or property development

• Familiarity with tenancy management, conveyancing, or development handovers

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Capacity to work independently while handling complex workloads

• Proficient in IT and capable of managing data and reporting

• Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service Check, if required

• Positive references

• Valid Right to Work document

• May necessitate specific qualifications, skills, knowledge, and behaviors to fulfill the Competence and Conduct Standard for Social Housing

• Willingness to travel to sites across Somerset, Dorset, Devon, and other locations as necessary
