This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Actively engage in outbound prospecting through various channels such as email, phone, and social media to discover and qualify high-potential fashion seller-partners, including brands, independent boutiques, resellers, live sellers, and community-driven merchants.
• Lead initial presentations for sellers; articulate the platform’s commercial value in a way that resonates with fashion sellers at different stages of their growth.
• Evaluate seller compatibility and platform readiness; pinpoint clear strategies for revenue enhancement within the fashion sector, encompassing vintage, pre-loved fashion, sneakers, streetwear, accessories, luxury resale, and related categories.
• Assist with the comprehensive onboarding process for sellers, which includes registration, account creation, and activation.
• Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to provide continuous seller support and ensure seamless navigation of platform tools and growth opportunities.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly goals associated with seller acquisition and revenue expansion, including GMV growth within specified timelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the fashion resale and live-commerce landscape, including key sellers, marketplace trends, competitor platforms, and community dynamics.
• Demonstrated B2B sales expertise: experience in SDR, BDR, business development, or full-cycle sales, preferably in eCommerce, marketplace, fashion, retail, or platform settings.
• Exceptional communication abilities: confident, persuasive, and articulate in both written and verbal communication, suitable for outbound outreach, seller presentations, and external negotiations.
• Self-motivated and highly organized: strong time management skills with the capability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
