This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, research, and engage potential fashion sellers, brands, and high-value partners.
• Lead outreach initiatives via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to spark effective, commercially-focused discussions.
• Conduct discovery calls to comprehend seller and brand requirements and effectively communicate our unique marketplace value proposition.
• Assist with the complete onboarding process, including registration, activation, and the initial incubation of new enterprise and commercial sellers.
• Evaluate seller and brand potential, aiding partners in developing and implementing strategic growth plans to enhance sales performance and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) on the platform.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure ongoing support, relationship optimization, and long-term success for onboarded partners.
• Monitor seller performance and identify growth opportunities through product assortment expansion, promotional activities, creator collaborations, and platform utilization.
• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly KPIs related to seller acquisition, activation, retention, and growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle B2B sales development, business development, account management, or strategic partnership acquisition.
• Outstanding command of English, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable executing proactive outreach independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Background in seller acquisition, merchant onboarding, account management, client success, or business development within a digital platform, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, online marketplaces, social commerce, retail technology, or platform-based business models.
• Knowledge of how brands grow through digital commerce, creator partnerships, and marketplace platforms.
