This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Propel our growth by identifying and qualifying leads, crafting persuasive proposals, and nurturing client relationships to successfully close deals.
• Be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy, playing a crucial role in building strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Initiate contact with potential clients, conduct preliminary qualifications, create customized proposals, and follow up to finalize agreements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure our offerings align with client requirements and our service capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of English proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Process-driven mindset, ensuring consistency in the management of leads.
• Proactive approach, capable of taking initiative and delivering results.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Familiarity with tools such as popular CRMs, PandaDoc, etc.
• Competence in creating simple, persuasive offers using templates or custom inputs.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and client qualification methods.
