This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactively seek, engage, and cultivate new VIP players within your area.
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events.
• Execute a localized go-to-market approach and create VIP acquisition events, promotions, and offers.
• Oversee and evaluate the execution of the business plan to meet targeted revenue and profit goals.
• Support net revenue, process, and compliance efforts while adhering to all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming regulations.
• Design a Player experience that fosters strong brand advocacy.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with high-value accounts.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts with established customer relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial atmosphere.
• Readiness to travel and work during evenings and weekends.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain necessary State Gaming Licenses.
