• Managing client relationships from lead generation to deal closure/client decision-making.
• Collaborating with the CEO on sales strategy.
• Transferring knowledge to the team regarding customer purchasing preferences.
• Engaging in proactive customer acquisition activities.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions or related products.
• Enjoys consultative selling.
• Makes decisions based on data analysis.
• Possesses communication/interpersonal skills that enable effective communication with clients in both Polish and English.
• Familiar with and able to apply lead qualification/scoring techniques in practice.
• Capable of mapping decision-making processes within organizations.
• Skilled in maintaining client relationships and contracting subsequent steps.
• Has a habit of ensuring that emails do not go unnoticed by clients and receive responses through effective CTAs.
