This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within your territory, focusing on organizations that are new to Gartner, from the initial outreach to closing deals, specifically targeting Large Enterprise clients.
• Transform promising leads into active Gartner clients, managing the entire sales dialogue and negotiation process, and facilitating the transition of new clients to the account management team.
• Continuously cultivate a pipeline of high-quality leads to achieve your sales targets, ensuring that KPIs are consistently met.
• Align the appropriate mix of insights, guidance, and practical resources to deliver value in the partnership.
• Responsible for achieving quotas within your designated territory.
• Handle intricate high-revenue sales across a matrix of diverse business environments.
• Take ownership of forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in complex and intangible sales environments.
• Experience in business development or new-client acquisition in a sales role is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in selling to and influencing C-Level Executives.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Established ability to effectively manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
