New Build Mortgage Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist brokers in accelerating their business growth

• Offer guidance on mortgages and protection

• Foster enduring relationships with local developers and site teams

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients

• Work alongside internal teams to facilitate transaction completion

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Full CeMAP (or equivalent certification)

• Have at least 2 years of experience in providing mortgage advice

• Preferably experienced in new build mortgages

• Capable of establishing strong relationships with local developers, site teams, and regional stakeholders

• Willingness to work weekends to meet customer and developer needs

• Proficient in using CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software

• Commercially aware, motivated, and eager to advance
