Neuroscience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Drives sales within the designated territory.

• Interacts with customers both in-person and through virtual platforms.

• Develops and executes effective business and territory call plans; identifies and implements engagement strategies, both live and virtual, to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.

• Builds strong rapport and relationships with customers in various environments; utilizes judgment to maintain customer engagement by effectively using current and evolving digital tools.

• Understands and utilizes internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.

• Compliantly applies product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on the unbranded and branded product value proposition for relevant patient populations, using approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources as necessary.

• Exhibits strong teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and support Pfizer’s objectives.

• Completes all administrative tasks punctually and in compliance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Ownership or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), Full-Time Military experience.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.

• Valid US driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards; any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
