This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Propel sales performance within the designated Lynn, MA territory by engaging with healthcare professional offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in person and virtually.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets in an ethical and compliant manner.
• Comprehend and recognize customer needs while tailoring compliant discussions and interactions accordingly.
• Utilize assigned budgets effectively to meet territory goals.
• Stay informed about local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on customer and regional resource-allocation decisions.
• Choose and implement suitable programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems.
• Create a local business plan in collaboration with the Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders.
• Leverage formulary approvals and other business opportunities through the execution of strategic plans.
• Work together with Neuroscience Sales Specialists on shared objectives and best practices.
• Accurately and promptly manage work hours, sales-call data, customer objectives, communications, synchronization, samples, and expenses.
• Develop business plans tailored to customer needs, available resources, and products.
• Complete all assigned company and job-related training within specified timelines.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or a recent transition from Active-Duty Military.
• A minimum of 3 years of specialty-pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

• Experience in building customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
• Availability to attend meetings outside of standard working hours.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $79,000–$155,000 per year.
• Eligibility for commission (Job Sub Function: Sales – Neuroscience (Commission)).
