This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Propel sales performance within the designated territory by engaging primarily with Primary Care healthcare professional offices and select targets, through both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Inform and involve healthcare professionals regarding clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy and safety profiles to facilitate on-label prescribing.
• Utilize allocated budgets to meet territory objectives while managing expenses efficiently.
• Tailor customer discussions and interactions according to customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local market, practice structures, customers, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to resource allocation and select suitable programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems.
• Provide education to healthcare providers through approved programs.
• Develop a localized business plan in collaboration with the District Manager and stakeholders.
• Leverage formulary approvals and business opportunities through the implementation of strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to achieve shared objectives and exchange best practices.
• Manage work hours, sales call data, customer goals, communication responses, synchronization, samples, and expense reporting.
• Complete all assigned company and job-related training within specified timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• A minimum of 1 year of documented success in B2B sales experience.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, and/or medical device sales is preferred.
• Experience in antipsychotic and/or bipolar sales is an advantage.

• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Experience in building customer relationships and conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Some overnight territory travel and periodic domestic travel is required.
