This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Perform proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product accessibility, on-label information, and established patient care guidelines.
• Interact with customers using virtual and digital tools, directing them to colleagues such as MSLs when necessary.
• Facilitate speaker programs.
• Organize local provider groups to share experiences and outcomes with regional leaders.
• Communicate opportunities, feedback, and insights from the local market to the Area Business Lead.
• Leverage competitive data and business reports to monitor progress and identify territory opportunities.
• Define short-term territory priorities and business plans.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Appropriately utilize promotional materials.
• Use ecosystem support resources to enhance account engagement.
• Address objections and influence prescribing patterns during office visits.
• Connect with professional groups and key opinion leaders within the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with office and practice staff.
• Provide accurate information and maintain follow-through with accounts.
• Conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations utilizing approved marketing materials and technical references.
• Convey complex clinical and product information to assist healthcare providers in improving patient outcomes.
• Report to the Area Business Lead while coordinating with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the primary city in the sales territory.
• Previous cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences or a related field.
• 4 or more years of experience in a sales role engaging with healthcare professionals, ideally representing various products.
• Capability to navigate an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.
• Proven history of coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others.
• Dedication to ethical business practices and an understanding of regulatory standards.
• Ability to carry out business activities in line with company policies and guidance.
• Proficiency in assimilating and communicating complex clinical and product information.
• Awareness of territory and business conditions that impact sales outcomes.
• Skills in utilizing competitive data, business reports, sales metrics, and promotional budgets.
• Ability to educate office staff about payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
• Proficient in using approved promotional materials, studies, package inserts, and technical references.
• Strong knowledge of own products and competitors.
