This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accountable for a designated geographic area and the effective promotion and expansion of Neurocrine products.
• Cultivates and nurtures long-term relationships with physicians and other clients for targeted accounts within their territory.
• Represents the Neurocrine brand(s) and their sanctioned indications.
• Promotes product acceptance and growth through focused education and strategic management of accounts.
• Implements territory sales strategies to achieve or surpass objectives through both in-person and virtual engagements.
• Identifies and tackles territory-specific opportunities and challenges to product success.
• Efficiently manages promotional resources and budget allocations.
• Develops and sustains relationships with key stakeholders, including: Healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), Clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), Key opinion leaders and advocacy organizations, Community Mental Health Clinics and Long Term Care facilities, Local/regional payers and pharmacies.
• Establishes strong communication with internal partners such as managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Maintains the highest ethical standards and exemplifies integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or Long Term Care, Psychology, or Neurology sales is highly preferred.
• Experience with closed-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred.
• Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics is highly desired.
• Proficiency with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, Veeva, etc.) OR a Master's degree in science or a related field AND 2+ years of comparable experience.
