This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated region
• Identify and respond to the needs of healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
• Create and execute a strategic business plan for the territory
• Build professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Navigate the hospital formulary processes effectively
• Anticipate potential business obstacles and formulate solutions
• Maintain a high level of selling skills and industry knowledge
• Work together with colleagues to meet corporate goals
• Organize and plan scheduling for optimal efficiency
• Represent the company as an ambassador and ensure adherence to regulations
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neurology and/or Central Nervous System (CNS)
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry along with its regulations and guidelines
• Experience with launching new products
• Excellent selling skills
• Professional and polished appearance
• Effective oral and written communication as well as presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
