Neurologist – Licensed in OH, WA, NV, FL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess and oversee a panel of patients dealing with cognitive disorders and their caregivers, with comprehensive support from an interdisciplinary team (Pharmacist, Social Worker, Care Navigator, etc.).

• Pinpoint areas for enhancement in the care model and technical platform to continually elevate the quality of care, dyad satisfaction, and provider experience.

• Work alongside the Medical Director and Clinical Operations team to achieve our primary clinical KPIs — such as quality targets, utilization metrics, and patient/provider satisfaction.

• Partner with the Medical Director to offer memory care training and supervise new hires.

• Collaborate with the Medical Director to create, execute, and sustain a curriculum of regular educational conferences for clinical providers (e.g., clinical case conferences, neuroradiology rounds, guest speakers).

• Collaborate and provide necessary oversight to the interdisciplinary team by addressing staffing inquiries requiring neurologic expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have completed an ACGME accredited neurology residency.

• Must hold a Board Certification in Neurology.

• Must possess expertise in dementia and related cognitive disorders.

• Must have experience within and a preference for working in interdisciplinary care teams.

• Must be interested in remote work and providing patient care via telemedicine.

• Must embrace a holistic approach to caring for patients with dementia and their caregivers.

• Must be passionate about educating families and other clinical providers.

• Must think systematically, breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks.

• Must have strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges with creativity and flexibility.

• Must exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to forge strong relationships.
