This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver real-time interpretation of intraoperative neuromonitoring data and relay findings directly to surgical teams.
• Relate electrophysiological results to the patient's clinical condition to aid in surgical decision-making.
• Perform thorough post-operative case evaluations and prepare detailed reports.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to uphold high standards in neuromonitoring services.
• Stay updated on advancements and best practices in the field of neuromonitoring.
• Board-certified Neurologist with specialization in electrophysiology.
• Fellowship in intraoperative neuromonitoring is mandatory; a doctorate in the field is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of intraoperative neuromonitoring techniques (e.g., SSEPs, MEPs, BAERs, EMG).
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and perioperative care.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) is highly desirable.
