This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with clients to grasp their business goals, technical requirements, operational hurdles, and expected results.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to pinpoint requirements, constraints, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and success metrics.
• Create, assess, and propose enterprise networking solutions.
• Draft Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, implementation assumptions, and documentation for proposals.
• Offer technical solution proposals and suggest products, services, resources, and methods for implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, managed services, implementation, support, and engineering teams.
• Engage with vendors and technology partners to verify design, interoperability, pricing, licensing, and implementation needs.
• Estimate implementation efforts and assist in defining project scope, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
• Keep abreast of Managed Services offerings and communicate their business value.
• Aid internal teams with technical inquiries and documentation of opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales and solution development process.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least ten years of pertinent experience in networking, infrastructure, technical architecture, solution design, consulting, implementation, or a similar technical domain.
• Proven experience in designing, assessing, or supporting enterprise network solutions.
• Background in developing or contributing to customer-facing technical proposals, Statements of Work, Bills of Materials, or implementation estimates.
• Strong grasp of customer discovery, requirements gathering, technical scoping, and documentation of solutions.
• Experience collaborating with internal technical teams, sales teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Preferred experience in supporting financial institutions, regulated sectors, or commercial clients with complex network settings.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Microsoft Azure, or similar enterprise networking and security systems.
• Capacity to convey complex technical ideas clearly and in a business-oriented manner.
• Excellent documentation capabilities.
• Ability to balance client needs, technical viability, operational supportability, and business value.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and consultative communication abilities.
• Relevant industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
