Network Solutions Architect – AI Cloud Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish reference architectures that serve as blueprints for comprehensive solutions incorporating GPU and networking within a data-center context.

• Assist account teams in identifying new business prospects for NVIDIA Networking products and technology solutions across cloud, telecommunications, enterprises, artificial intelligence, and Large-Language-Models (LLM) applications, collaborating closely with Sales teams and Product Marketing to turn customer aspirations into reality.

• Manage technical accounts for key clients of NVIDIA Networking products.

• Host regular customer meetings to provide product updates and introduce new technology solutions, while delivering presentations on product roadmaps to clients and technology partners.

• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that address essential business requirements for our customers.

• Oversee technical project management for intricate networking deployments and design-in opportunities.

• Analyze and resolve performance issues related to new technologies at customer locations, and prepare and present technical training sessions.

• Offer constructive feedback to engineering concerning product requirements and evolution, including submitting Requests for Enhancements supported by business evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architect roles or similar Sales Engineering positions.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering.

• Knowledge of datacenter engineering, networking, or cloud applications.

• Extensive networking experience, including considerations of network topologies and a solid understanding of L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocols.

• Comprehension of system-level issues encompassing Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architecture.

• Proficient technical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-Concept.

• A strong sense of achievement and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

• Effective time management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (30% of working hours).
