This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• The Network Relations Coordinator offers both administrative and operational support to the Network Management team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for carriers, employers, payers, and insurance partners.
• Ensure the efficient tracking and resolution of complaints and inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of contacts and maintain calendars.
• Assist the team with outreach and correspondence initiatives.
• Oversee open issues to guarantee timely follow-up and resolution in line with established service level expectations.
• Update and manage the database for carrier, employer, and payer contacts.
• Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings involving carrier and payer representatives.
• Develop meeting agendas, take notes during meetings, and track action items until completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect information necessary for addressing carrier inquiries.
• Maintain organized filing systems for carrier correspondence, agreements, and contact records.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or client services roles; experience in workers' compensation, managed care, or healthcare settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the California workers' compensation system is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Monday and/or ZenDesk is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
• Experience in preparing business correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
