Network Recruiter

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving vendor and contractor network objectives by populating territories with suitable vendors and contractors.

• Primarily responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle, encompassing sourcing and screening candidates.

• Organize the interview process and facilitate the onboarding experience while ensuring contractors receive exceptional service.

• Identify contractor network vendors through various search techniques to create a strong vendor network pipeline.

• Take charge of the contractor network vendor experience.

• Remain informed about trends and best practices within the contractor network vendor space.

• Oversee the entire interview, selection, and closing procedures.

• Ensure that the screening, selection, and onboarding processes adhere to Accuserve's policies and procedures.

• Manage extensive sales territories effectively.

• Research and pinpoint strong contractor network vendors through email and phone outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience in a sales role is mandatory.

• Previous experience in either a sales or vendor management position is required.

• Experience managing a large sales territory is preferred.

• Previous involvement in a sales or vendor management role that necessitated outbound or external sales activities and negotiation is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Proven ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships based on trust.

• Outstanding customer service experience is necessary.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.

• Proficiency in using technology devices, software, and applications, including prior experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills is essential.
