Network Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the Client Service team in the daily management of market research projects.

• Ensure timely completion of all projects, adhering to budget constraints and client specifications.

• Carry out comprehensive project tasks, including link setup, testing, desk research, and quality/audit checks.

• Respond promptly to requests from the Support Team and other stakeholders.

• Participate in meetings with Project Managers regarding assigned projects to clarify project specifications, client requirements, and timelines.

• Facilitate market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring interviews are conducted punctually as scheduled.

• Develop, update, and monitor tailored fielding plans for all projects as necessary.

• Actively explore alternative fieldwork strategies and devise solutions to enhance response rates and manage costs.

• Oversee and manage partners on quantitative projects throughout the project's duration.

• Assist Project Managers with invoicing by ensuring projects are closed and prepared for invoicing in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a solid understanding of English grammar principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a quick learner of new technologies and software.

• Basic math skills are essential, with the capability to compute incidence rates, response rates, profits, etc.

• A genuine interest or prior experience/exposure in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities and take initiative to enhance skills and proactively troubleshoot with Project Managers using all available resources to ensure project success.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting to achieve study-specific and departmental goals.

• Self-driven with the ability to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in English.
