Network Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming workflow and assign tasks as needed.

• Educate and assist franchisees and studio teams in optimizing F45 and FS8 processes to enhance their membership growth.

• Collaborate with the education team to promote the F45 and FS8 educational pathway, ensuring franchisees and employees complete relevant courses.

• Work with F45 and FS8 business functions to ensure that objectives, strategies, and operational feasibility at the studio level are aligned.

• Identify compliance issues through an audit program, particularly concerning:

• Brand identity specifications.

• Ordering from approved and/or preferred suppliers.

• The overall condition and cleanliness of the club.

• Workplace Health and Safety Risks.

• Member Safety.

• Performance-related processes.

• Fitness Program Delivery.

• Adherence to F45 and FS8 operational procedures.

• Offer guidance and support to ensure marketing and Brand Standards align with F45 and FS8 guidelines.

• Contribute to the development of F45 and FS8 operational processes and policies where applicable.

• Assist franchisees and studio staff in effectively implementing the member onboarding and induction process.

• Provide guidance and support to franchisees and studio staff regarding timetabling.

• Advise on the successful execution of fitness challenges, including recommended promotional materials and communications, aimed at reducing member attrition.

• Support franchisees in managing a 12-month rolling events planner that aligns with the National Marketing Calendar.

• Guide studios in developing and executing social media and local area marketing strategies.

• Assist studios in analyzing local competitors and identifying strategies to leverage market opportunities.

• Advise on marketing budgets allocated per studio.

• Provide expertise in reviewing and analyzing marketing performance data and assist studios in establishing goals and targets.

• Educate, guide, and support franchisees and studio managers to ensure that member services and administration comply with policies and consumer legislative requirements.

• Offer education, guidance, and support to franchisees and studio managers on Member Growth strategies for their respective business units, including sales, marketing, onboarding, and retention.

• Deliver regular reports and feedback on key performance drivers affecting business outcomes.

• Provide education, guidance, and support to franchisees and studio managers on achieving net profit growth, focusing on:

• Membership yield.

• Membership volume.

• Secondary revenue.

• Controllable cost management (using cost benchmarking tools).

• Mentor and support new studios, franchisees, and staff members during re-sale, opening, and pre-sale activities as required.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the APAC General Manager.

• Be prepared to work out of hours and travel when necessary.

• Engage in performance management processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of relevant prior experience is required.

• Previous experience in operations leadership and/or performance management within boutique fitness franchises is preferred.

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the capability to inspire and motivate teams, are essential.

• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions and adapt to evolving market conditions are required.

• Ability to undertake regular travel is a must.
