This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage teams specializing in Voice, Data, and Video to support SEC enterprise operations.
• Allocate, prioritize, and track tasks to ensure adherence to schedules and service expectations.
• Evaluate technical outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with user requirements and design standards.
• Offer technical guidance, oversee performance, and provide escalation support for network operations personnel.
• Supervise the management of network and unified communications services across WAN, LAN, WLAN, voice, and conferencing systems.
• Direct operational processes to maintain network availability, performance, and service continuity in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Ensure that network operational documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records, is consistently updated.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to address telecom and network service challenges.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration and testing of intricate, large-scale network solutions.
• Confirm the readiness of network modifications, upgrades, and implementations prior to production deployment.
• Supervise moves/adds/changes and guarantee that execution follows approved standards and timelines.
• Facilitate controlled change execution with minimal disruption to operations while ensuring strong technical governance.
• Lead the triage of network incidents, coordinate escalation efforts, and manage restoration activities for service-affecting events.
• Support high-priority incident communications and coordinate technical bridges across teams.
• Analyze recurring operational challenges and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and stability.
• Monitor operational results and ensure team performance aligns with contract reporting and service-level objectives.
• Must fulfill contract specifications regarding citizenship/work authorization.
• Capability to secure and maintain SEC Public Trust (or a higher level if required).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Over 10 years of experience managing personnel responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of telecommunications networks.
• Proven experience in reviewing work outputs for accuracy, adherence to design principles, user standards, and scheduling compliance.
• Background in leading administration of Voice, Data, and Video networks as well as integration/testing of complex large-scale networks.
