Senior Engineer – Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Address highly intricate network issues

• Serve as the ultimate escalation point for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Line teams

• Execute service requests and carry out network upgrades

• Keep technical documentation and diagrams updated for services

• Offer training and assistance to Capita teams

• Over 5 years of experience in network operations

• Comprehensive understanding of customer networks

• Proven experience in resolving complex network issues

• Capability to collaborate with third-party suppliers during major incidents

• Familiarity with strategies for enhancing network performance

• Act as a technical reviewer and approver for network modifications
