This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Monitor alerts, dashboards, service availability, connectivity, and network events.
β’ Log, update, and document incidents using ITSM or ticketing tools.
β’ Perform initial validations in case of connectivity failures or degradation.
β’ Review link status, packet loss, device availability, alarms, tunnels, and basic network events.
β’ Escalate incidents based on severity, SLA, and defined procedures.
β’ Assist in the operational monitoring of Cisco Meraki / SD-WAN environments.
β’ Document troubleshooting efforts, evidence, progress, probable causes, escalations, and ticket closures.
β’ Coordinate with Senior NOC Engineers, Tier 3 support, vendors, carriers, or suppliers when necessary.
β’ Follow runbooks, operational procedures, and escalation criteria.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience in NOC, technical Help Desk, network support, telecommunications, IT operations, or managed services.
β’ Experience in monitoring alerts, dashboards, availability, connectivity, or network events.
β’ Proficient with ticketing or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice, or similar.
β’ Knowledge or practical exposure to Cisco Meraki.
β’ Basic knowledge or experience in monitoring/troubleshooting SD-WAN.
β’ Technical foundations in IPv4, IPv6, routing/switching, L2 Transport, wireless, 4G, or connectivity.
β’ Ability to diagnose, document, track, and escalate incidents.
β’ Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and attention to detail.
β’ Fluent in both English and Spanish.
β’ Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if applicable.
