Director, Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for upholding the budgeted profit margins of the MNS business.

• Spearhead pricing strategies and cost-cutting efforts to meet budgetary goals.

• Participate in monthly Financial Reviews alongside Vector senior leadership.

• Assess, modify, and support the enhancement of operational frameworks for Installation, Engineering, Billing, Accounts Payable, Procurement, NOC Services, and Technical Services.

• Work collaboratively with corporate staff to resolve issues and improve efficiencies.

• Relay corporate initiatives to department managers.

• Engage in the planning and execution of the VSN remote office expansion initiative.

• Oversee performance management and employee development, including conducting performance evaluations.

• Recruit and onboard top talent for the organization.

• Foster and/or sustain a team-oriented environment for current staff.

• Advocate for and uphold Vector's values and culture, as well as promote the company's policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent - Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Executive Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field - Preferred

• Minimum of 12 years of management experience in a financial industry setting, along with a commitment to ongoing professional growth - Required

• Proficiency in computer skills is essential; must be adept in MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel – Complex spreadsheets are utilized for various tracking and management tasks.

• Strong organizational skills - Must be capable of multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) at the highest levels with internal and external customers as well as senior management.
