📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in Technium’s mission to build and maintain outstanding, secure networks.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and leadership to ensure dependable outcomes for clients.

• Take proactive measures: identify challenges, propose solutions, and see them through to fruition.

• Consult relevant Knowledge articles for quick resolution steps when applicable.

• Escalate complex network and security incidents to senior engineers as necessary.

• Proficiency in monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting systems.

• Capability to work independently to resolve incidents.

• Strong customer orientation, with the ability to engage effectively with customers of varying technical expertise in high-pressure situations and complex environments.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business processes, technologies, and environments.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• A strong desire and capacity to quickly learn, gain proficiency in, and apply new skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Must be proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• Required technical skills: Switching, Routing, Next-Generation Firewalls, including Cisco, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for training and/or conferences.
