Network Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Investigate and address allegations of non-compliance with pharmacy contracts, including intricate and sensitive cases.

• Engage with pharmacies to collect information and resolve identified issues.

• Analyze claims data and adjudication outcomes to substantiate findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and other internal teams to facilitate resolution efforts.

• Draft comprehensive written responses for plan sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to the performance of network pharmacies.

• Keep meticulous records of investigations and their results.

• Manage multiple cases concurrently while adhering to deadlines and ensuring precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy.

• At least 2 years of experience in claims adjudication research.

• A minimum of 2 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
