Network Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for HONK's platform quality narrative to existing and potential partners.

• Develop high-quality, compliant, and resilient service networks within designated geographic areas.

• Take ownership of our shared responsibility for compliance and service standards among our service providers.

• Enhance network quality by meticulously monitoring and managing provider performance against key metrics.

• Manage a high volume of partner communications through email, phone, and chat.

• Actively oversee provider churn by identifying root causes and facilitating informed discussions to ensure high retention rates.

• Cultivate strong relationships with partners while setting clear performance expectations.

• Provide supportive guidance to new partners during their onboarding process as necessary.

• Negotiate competitive pricing schedules that secure the business.

• Advocate internally for improvements that benefit partners and customers alike.

• Occasionally travel to industry events to meet partners in person.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a high-volume, partner-facing operations or account management position.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to be clear, direct, and professional across various channels.

• Proficient in utilizing data to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Confidence in managing challenging conversations and driving towards solutions.

• Strong judgment and a high level of ownership.

• Must ensure a private, uninterrupted workspace where information remains confidential.

• Must have access to an Internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload.
