This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze real-world data from operational networks, including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams.
• Identify and categorize network behaviors, issues, anomalies, and patterns of incidents.
• Assist in defining schemas and structuring large-scale data pipelines that will be utilized for training downstream machine learning models.
• Currently employed as a **Level 3, Tier 3, Senior, Lead, or Principal Support Engineer** providing support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Practical experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Extensive knowledge of technologies such as:
• - Network switches
• - Wireless access points (APs)
• - Firewalls
• - Routing and switching infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in managing:
• - Production incidents
• - Final-level escalations
• - On-call support duties
• - Root cause analysis (RCA)
• - Network troubleshooting and outage resolution
• Experience providing support to end-customer environments across various sectors, including:
• - Retail
• - Healthcare
• - Financial Services
• - Manufacturing
