This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establishes partnerships between providers and the organization, focusing on creating robust and stable provider networks.
• Oversees all recruitment initiatives and resources within the designated territory.
• Organizes and implements daily recruitment strategies and schedules.
• Assesses and determines the cost efficiency of contracting particular providers.
• Engages effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to exhibit strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of working in a secure remote setting.
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays and occasional flights.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, encompassing time management, collaboration, and analysis of networks and competitors.
• Strong dedication to exceptional customer service, consistently meeting deadlines and fostering effective relationships.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, networking, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Adept in consultative, facilitation, and presentation techniques.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while sharing information responsibly.
• Skilled at adapting to an environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects along with a demanding workload and tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and innovative.
• Familiarity with Current Dental Terminology (“CDT”) codes and dental nomenclature.
