This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Creating and implementing activation strategies for treatment centers that enhance patient access to CARVYKTI®.
• Acting as the activation lead among both internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing a superior, personalized customer experience while promoting activation readiness, operational excellence, and network expansion solutions.
• Crafting customized activation strategies that facilitate site readiness, broaden patient access, and offer a distinctive activation experience for clients.
• Overseeing comprehensive site certification activities from initial contact to activation.
• Serving as the main point of contact for sites throughout the activation journey.
• Assessing site readiness and identifying potential risks.
• Functioning as the central coordinator of the activation process.
• Delivering operational education and guidance for activation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of activations and expansions.
• Monitoring activation timelines and progress on deliverables.
• Guaranteeing site readiness for the enrollment of the first patient and fulfillment of CARVYKTI orders.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of business experience is necessary, with a preference for candidates with healthcare or biopharma backgrounds.
• Excellent project management and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions and organizations without direct authority.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is mandatory.
• Up to 50% travel is required based on the candidate's location (approximately half of that time may involve overnight stays). Candidates should reside within 1.5 hours of a major metro airport in the specified geography.
• Experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles in healthcare is preferred.
