Network Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree along with two (2) years of experience with a plan payer, in the healthcare sector, or a related field focusing on Provider Development and/or Provider Relations.

• Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of managed care principles.

• Proficient in basic negotiation skills and contract terminology.

• Must exhibit strong attention to detail and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Show accountability and reliability in all responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills that reflect clarity, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Listen attentively and with compassion.

• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively with colleagues.

• Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to organizational priorities.

• Familiarity with Value-Based Managed Care Contracting.

• Knowledge of Home Care Services.

• Understanding of Healthcare Business Acumen.

• Experience in Provider Network Development & Relations.
