NetSuite Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing MS Project and integrate them into NetSuite.

• Oversee resource allocations, availability, and forecasting.

• Conduct weekly project status meetings and monthly Steering Committee meetings.

• Ensure timely completion of time entries, including validation and approval processes.

• Facilitate the seamless execution of projects according to the project plan and identify any potential risks.

• Generate a RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log related to projects.

• Review deliverables, conduct engagement evaluations, and implement quality assurance protocols.

• Promote strategic and systematic execution of program deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.

• Implement internal projects related to Products and ensure timely delivery.

• Exhibit the capability to structure work and organize projects to guarantee on-time completion of deliverables.

• Act as mentors to junior consultants, enhancing their project management and consulting skills for improved effectiveness.

• Demonstrate a proven history of successful project delivery and engagement with management at all levels.

• Adhere to project delivery processes and methodologies to uphold the quality of project outcomes.

• Support Cut-over and Go-Live procedures.

• Contribute to internal company initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, knowledge management, and enablement.

• The ideal candidate will possess a robust project management background and be adept at recognizing when existing strategies require adjustments to ensure project productivity.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities.

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

• Successful experience in managing client and team interactions and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to apply sound judgment.

• Capacity to work effectively and efficiently in a virtual setting.
