NetSuite Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment and configuration of NetSuite as the organization's main accounting and financial management platform.

• Evaluate existing business processes and suggest optimal financial and operational workflows.

• Set up NetSuite modules, workflows, approval procedures, reporting functions, dashboards, and user permissions to meet business requirements.

• Create and execute processes for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including customer invoicing, vendor billing, and approval workflows.

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions.

• Assist with data preparation, system testing, user acceptance testing, and activities related to go-live.

• Recognize opportunities for automation, efficiency enhancements, and system optimization.

• Develop documentation, training resources, and provide user training to facilitate adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, and ERP systems.

• Practical experience in configuring NetSuite financial modules, workflows, reporting, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with system integrations and data migration processes.

• Strong project management capabilities, along with effective stakeholder communication and training skills.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, brokerage, or related operational sectors is advantageous but not essential.
