NetSuite Functional Consultant, Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage incidents and support requests at level 2/3, conducting root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions.

• Implement small-scale functional enhancements and configurations within NetSuite modules.

• Create documentation for solutions, procedures, and support evidence including ticket records and runbooks.

• Oversee and track open tickets to ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain proactive communication with clients.

• Recognize patterns in recurring incidents and suggest preventive measures for improvements.

• Assist key users with operational inquiries and offer specific usage guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with NetSuite, either in support roles or implementing enhancements.

• Expertise in core NetSuite modules, including Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, and Tax/Fiscal.

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Brazil Localization.

• Experience in providing functional support, including incident analysis, prioritization, and SLA management.

• Strong analytical skills, organized, and deadline-focused regarding service levels.

• A completed bachelor's degree or technologist degree in systems, business administration, accounting, or related fields.
