NetSuite Finance SME, Portuguese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical contact for Portuguese-speaking clients in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

• Address intricate issues related to Finance and Accounting modules within NetSuite at L2/L3 levels.

• Deliver expert assistance for Avalara integrations, ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax regulations.

• Oversee and document all support tickets using the Teamwork Desk platform while preserving the partner’s brand image.

• Counsel clients on NetSuite best practices concerning financial reporting, period closures, and accounting workflows.

• Offer dedicated remote support for the operations of a global organization in Brazil.

• Act as a representative of the partner to its end-client in a high-touch, white-label support model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional-level proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken.

• At least 5+ years of practical experience with NetSuite, particularly focused on Finance and Accounting modules.

• Demonstrated experience with Avalara tax automation in a NetSuite setting.

• Strong client-facing abilities.

• Capable of conveying complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
