NetSuite Developer, English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Deliver NetSuite (ERP) expertise by leveraging industry knowledge, collaborating with stakeholders to assess complex needs and challenges, and establishing best practices to convert business requirements into functional NetSuite systems.

• Design, implement, and deploy tailored NetSuite solutions that align with the client's specific industry business and management processes, as well as regulatory and other business needs.

• Conduct functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to meet business requirements.

• Perform gap analysis, recommend solutions, identify technical deliverables, and document design specifications.

• Lead testing and validation for both new and existing configurations, development, and releases (including quality assurance, system integration, and user acceptance).

• Clearly communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications through written documentation to management, peers, staff, and team members, ensuring that issues and solutions are comprehended across functions.

• Enhance the overall quality and completeness of documentation, including the creation of process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts.

• Manage Key Performance Indicator visibility and reporting, creating and distributing functional department KPI dashboards.

• Develop and maintain third-party NetSuite integrations.

• Provide NetSuite training, team building, and leadership to cultivate internal Power Users.

• Stay updated on new technologies, assessing their relevance to the Company's future architectural requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer utilizing SuiteScript.

• Extensive experience in configuring NetSuite ERP modules such as Financial, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Revenue Cycle.

• Significant experience with third-party NetSuite integrations and NetSuite APIs, including Celigo and Shopify.

• Familiarity with back-office applications like Avalara, FreshDesk, and Asana.

• Expert-level understanding of finance and accounting business processes and their implementation in NetSuite.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, effectively managing priorities.
