NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to implement NetSuite and its functionalities.

• Partner with Net at Work team members, including other consultants and project managers, to carry out project plans.

• Facilitate business discovery sessions and convert requirements into configuration strategies.

• Configure NetSuite and guide clients through testing and go-live phases.

• Conduct client training sessions to educate clients on using NetSuite effectively.

• Migrate master and transactional data from existing systems into NetSuite.

• Deliver product support by researching and identifying solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, information systems, or relevant business experience in accounting, finance, supply chain, and ERP systems.

• Over 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Implementation Consultant.

• Proven experience leading clients and team members through successful implementations.

• Proficient in NetSuite setup, configuration, saved searches, data migration, reports, dashboards, and related features.

• In-depth understanding of operational processes and requirements in distribution and/or manufacturing, with strong competency in accounting, warehouse, order to cash, procure to pay, e-commerce, and CRM functions highly preferred.

• Experience applying defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Certification in NetSuite or related systems (e.g., Avalara, Celigo) is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
