NetSuite Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide first and second level technical assistance to end users, ensuring prompt resolution of software and system-related issues.

• Serve as the main point of contact for user incidents and service requests, adhering to ITIL-based Enovis support procedures.

• Oversee, configure, and support the NetSuite ERP system, focusing on essential modules such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Reporting.

• Generate and maintain inventory and financial reports to aid in business decision-making.

• Possess a solid understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.

• Experience with the NetSuite Fixed Assets Module is highly desirable.

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for users on IT systems, tools, and standard applications.

• Develop and update clear user documentation, quick guides, FAQs, and training materials.

• Monitor recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to escalate and resolve urgent issues.

• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, access management procedures, and data protection standards.

• Assist in change management activities by supporting users during system upgrades, rollouts, and the adoption of new tools.

• Manage user access provisioning, alterations, and deprovisioning in line with SOX access control requirements.

• Validate user roles and access rights in coordination with application owners to ensure segregation of duties is maintained.

• Support SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) by maintaining documentation for access reviews, incident management, and change support activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of substantial NetSuite Admin experience, with a deep understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder), including migration from other accounting systems and new implementations.
